Just to ease your mind a bit I just started 12 seedlings in a closed closet, no airflow at an avg 27% RH. Right now in my grow room its 16%RH and my plants are doing fine. Here they are today day 9 of veg. Edit: yes they will grow faster with higher RH

Yes use a humidifier/dehumidifier to control humidity in my opinion the airflow in the tent is much more important than the humidity but again that's not something to worry bout right this moment.

I wouldn't be too worried about the discoloration, if it persists or gets worse then you may have an issue with lockout but just give them a few days I'm sure they'll be fine.
