Looks good indeed! What I would do myself is about a 7-8 inches up the plant from the soil, and defoliate all the small larfy branches and leaves but wait to do this, let your plant heal a week or so. then do this in prep of flower. :) MetalHead(HazeGrows)

Yeah, I'm going with either some sort of bug? or you have some funky ass mutations, I had an F1 do this with all its leaves even though it was growing 1-1.5 inches a day and healthy it had theses warped ass weird leaves. It's your plant that does what you want if you deem it healthy. Sometimes...

Here is week 3 from 12/12 flip not doing bad. Starting to have some trichrome production on fan leaves as well as small leaves inside the flower structure . The second not trained black dreams plant is starting to explode .. hard to tell that these plants the same strain from the same batch ... lol

If your temps are between 20-30ºC your fine and its mostly a genetic trait a lot of those colours I wouldn't worry too much unless the plant itself looks like its unhealthy or suffering. I personally have them on most plants i grow.
