Using ffof and week 3 of flower can anyone tell me what these spots are on 1 of my plants

They are in a few corners next 2 white pistils... that's what they look like if that make a difference

I'm running 2 viparspectra 450...I'm in my second week of flower and I was wondering if I could rotate spectrums. Meaning, Momday run both switches on, Tuesday run only bloom, then Wednesday both and so on.... just tryna offer more red lighting at times...Is this a good idea, first time grower

I got 2 viparspectra 450w lights in a 4x4 tent, and I was wondering when I switch to flower next week. Should I still use both switches on both lights or should I use only bloom lights on both..... for more red spectrum?

I'm using ffof for my first grow and I'm in my 1st week of veg. I tested my runoff PH and it came around 5 something.. I usually water with ph between 6-6.8... is the runoff ph important?? By the way my plants look healthy but I wanted to be for sure if the runoff mattered because I read it does...

Preciate it... Preciate it. .. I'm using this as my test grow, I trained some early and I'm train another later and see if there is a difference. Just was tryna get a few pointers r so before planting the real seeds
