yellowing leave HELP

Hi everyone, so I'm a first-time grower, and my plant is now about 3 weeks old. I first noticed the bottom two leaves yellowing, so when I looked it up, I guessed it was a nitrogen deficiency. I gave nitrogen-based liquid fertilizer about 2/3 days ago, however, the bottom leaves are still yellowing. Also today the rest of the plant started to yellow, however only on the edges of the leaves.

What are you growing in? It looks pretty wet.

Do you have any Nitrogen? Doesn't look like it, maybe mag too? I don't know anything just guessing

just normal soil, maybe it's the camera, but it was dry for at least 3/4 centimeters

I already gave nitrogen, do you think it's mag deficiency?

I am a first-time grower, so I didn't pay too much attention to the type of soil, it's a universal soil, the general ones.
