Luminosity would presumably decrease over time as the bulbs efficiency decreases. Although I do not know by what amount it decreases over time, but I would use it until the difference is noticeable, or when you want to replace it, or when it fails, whichever is sooner and moves you most.

If you have empty breakers on your main box, you can install them and skip the separate box part btw
