From what I've read, Albert should always go 65-70 days. Try adding two greenish, yellow bananas lying at the base of each plant and replace them every 7-10 days. The ethylene emitted from the bananas will help retard the 'nanners'. I am guessing the nanners are from nutes getting too strong...

Sudynim - My guess is one or more micro-nutrient deficiencies due to lockout. Are you tracking your 'Run-Off' PPM? What is the delta in PPM from res to run-off? I'd say flush well with 3x volume fresh solution @ 800ppm when unsure, and maybe adjust your feeding frequency/duration. Cheers...
