i got about 25 sour diesel seeds from a friends dads outdoor grow that seeded. what are the odds of these being hermie seeds? would you try growing them out?

Are the dual arc bulbs that have a 600w hps and 400w mh all in one bulb worth it? They are a hundred bucks. Am I better off just going with a standard 1k hps?
