what size pots are you using? In my experience, if you're using too big of a pot, the plant will focus its energy on growing roots before growing tall.

I topped / fimmed one of my plants, I think a little too much. I have 14 tops on 1 three foot plant. I've been flowering for 3 weeks now and it hasn't developed nearly as much as the others. Did I screw up? Should I not have topped it so much? I'll have pics up tomorrow. Thanks in advance!

I've been using cold water throughout my grow. I'm told colder water is more oxygen saturated than warm and therefore better for plant growth and development. Am I freaking my plants out? Should I start using warmer water? And if not, could I use even colder water before harvest for the same...

Lookin good!! Its kind of nostalgic to look at your youngins. I've always grown outdoors before now, so this time around was my first opportunity to watch my babies on a day to day basis. lookin at your pics makes me anxious to start a new crop and watch 'em jump out of the dirt all over again!!

ok, so you're expecting 8 weeks for flower! I was half right...or double wrong, lol however you want to look at it. Yeah, your plan sounds pretty legit. As for a harvest every 2 weeks, you'd pretty much have to double your operation. I really can't see another way. Maybe somebody smarter than me...

I'd say you'd get a drop every 2 months minimum. Unless I misunderstood you, it sounds like you're expecting a 4 week flowering time. That's just not going to happen, especially if they're all sativa strains, expect around 10 weeks to flower.
