For soil I'm using Miracle Grow Seed Starter. I don't think the plants are root bound yet. The cups are transparent and not a lot of roots have started collecting at the bottom yet, but I can see a few.

They've been in the cups for about 3 weeks now. Could it really be nute burn though? They were already starting to look yellow around the edges the day before I added anything.

Thanks for the quick reply! The thing is they started doing that before I added any nutrients and I'm using a seed starter soil with no nutrients or time released fertilizers.

That picture just makes it look like there isn't much soil, it's really about 4-5 inches deep. I do plan on transplanting them to a bigger pot once they enter veg.

Thanks for the quick reply! 1) Those are just starter cups. Once they grow up a bit I'm going to transplant them into bigger pots. 2) They are about 1.5-2 inches from the CFL's right now. 3) I have a little case fan in the grow cabinet for this.
