    Put your short plants directly under the light and the taller ones towards the outside of the lighted area.

    So this is what I have going. I'm using a Jiffy 72 site peat moss germinator, then I'm going from the peat moss disk to a Jiffy 3in pot with Happy Frog Potting Soil when the roots start showing I'm breaking off the bottom of the peat moss pot and re-potting to a 2.6 Liter pot (got 'em for free)...
