Noticed some dead leaves on the big buds on one of my Kryptonite plants. It's more of an indica, and has big dense buds. Upon inspection, realized that it was molding between the stem and the bud. Then started noticing that it's happening on a few of them. Should I pull it? And why is it...

I keep hearing of people who have topped all the big buds off of their outdoor crops... seems like it would be premature, and a waste. I would think that the bigger buds would be the last to be ready. Am I missing something? Or are those who do, just in too much of a hurry???

I'm curious how often I should be feeding using smart pots... I've got about four more weeks until harvest, and have been feeding about twice week depending on how fast the soil dries. I'm asking because I'd like to feed them more, but I don't want to waste these expensive ass nutrients. I know...

Needing suggestions on how to get rid of these ants. I've got my plants in smart pots, and noticed the same thing last year when I used them. I'm trying to avoid spraying anything on them, because they're about half way into flowering. I think they're building little black cocoon looking things...

I was slowy cutting back on light for the plants that I'm putting outside, so that they wouldn't flower. In doing that, I noticed that my mother is flowering as a result of not being able to seperate them. Had them wiened down to 14 hours on and 10 off. I kicked the light back up to like 22 on...

Doing a little experimental growing in a couple of 5 gal buckets w/clay pellets and baskets. Noticed today that a white mold is growing on the pellets and that the water is looking murky... any hints on what I'm doing wrong???

Do I start the cuttings in the 1.5" rockwool cubes alone? Or do I place the 1.5" cubes containing the cuttings into the 4" cubes and wait for them to root? I'm trying the ebb & flow, top feeding system. Thanks for any advice :)

I was told that using a green light won't screw up the flowering process. Does anybody know if that's true?

I wait until my plants are a little root bound until I transplant. I use 7(4ft) T5s in a standard bedroom closet for clones and small veg but I hope you're planning on getting HPS bulbs for the flowering phase. You'll be wasting your time w/CFLs as far as I'm concerned. The rest is too much to...
