Ive had 4 plants under 12/12 for 2 weeks. The smallest plant which is 2 feet tall (durban poison) has buds on it. They look nice. All are in 3 gallon pots. The others are about 3 feet and i cant see buds forming, only hairs. Seems like the bigger ones are growing slower. I think the bigger ones...

But dude. Ive seen it with my own eyes. Think of it like this... The leaves may be solar panels but sometimes there is an overabundance of solar panels and mots of the energy is not being used because of it. Cutting leaves provides more light for the bud sites and gets rid of energy that is not...

Its first day of 12/12 with cfls hanging off of a CFL tube lamp and one of the bulbs was like sitting right on the main stem and you can see the burnt part. Turned orangeish
