To be fair that light is not using the "latest technology available from Samsung". It looks like it's made with six 560mm 3000K Samsung F-Series Gen. 3 strips (864 LM561C diodes total), which were released in 2016.

Another option for us in Canada is this place.. I don’t know about there led, check it out. They list these and then there’s another led category. Free shipping in Canada. Have used for hids ballasts and bulbs, hoods.

Seen these before. They have a bit of nifty individual dimming on each bar i believe. But the cost of building, with those recent super cheap strip prices woulb be 12$ + driver + aluminium.
Seems like w lights like these its better either building or buying ali lights and dimming them to 2/3ds.
