well having grown from 12/12 i have to say its perfect for sativa , very sativa dom plants, but pretty useless for indica plants you end up mostly with tiny bonzi plants thats dont yeild very well !

but for sativa plants, its the only way i grow iv grown kalimist 12/12 malawi99 12/12 hawinan snow 12/12 arjans haze's 12/12 all worked perfectly and even still grow massive 6 foot plus

Interesting thread! I can honestly say I have never done 12/12 from seed but have done a SOG with 90 clones under 1000K. They were under 12/12 as soon as they rooted. I know its not exactly the same technique but I did a get a canopy that looked like Del666666's (awesome job by the way!) and yielded the most grams/watt in my "grow career". This seems like an awesome way to do genetic runs, but are there enough extra shoots to take clones? Are the clones in early flower going to be as stable as pre-flower clones?

Del has been running a 12/12 thread on here for awhile ... it has over 100+ pages of pics , strains and advice ... wouldnt it make more sense for you lot to jump on that thread instead of having 2 threads for the same thing asking the same q's etc .. if it was all in one thread it would be easier and benifit all .

so basically this method is pretty much like growing auto flower. i wish i would of knew this, would of saved tons of money on auto seeds

10 1/2 - 12 1/2 weeks, ive tried to veg a few weeks but just seems more leaves but not extra bud........

what about 12/12 from clones that showed roots, into a larger block and GO. Im a little scared cuz im goin with AI, an indica dom plant. 1 week in....

I started mine under cfls for the sprouting and put them under my 1000watt for 8 weeks the first one finished yesterday and s drying @ a total of about 10weeks of 12/12
This plant is dank and yielded about 2oz (wet) of ultra dense stinky buds, the strain is "Snowcap"

Del66666 - I am just finishing up a 12/12. But the plants got nowhere as big as yours. Left to right, White Widow, Blue Widow, WW2, Critical +, C+2. What went wrong, if anything?

some funky looking bud mate....those t5s? i got a 400 and 600 hps in a cab 1.2mx1mx1.4h....i.think out works out around 12,000 lumens per foot................helps i think

It's a 48" 8 bulb 54 watt T5 with 6 65 watt CFLs around it. So (8*54) + (6*65)= 432+390= 822 watts. I thought that would be enough - it got me some big plants in the 1st grow that was finishing up when I started the 12/12 crop. The 12/12 seeds were fems from Attitude. They sprung pistils at 3 weeks and are frosty, just not that tall, especially the 1st one.
