Day 14; (77F Ph5.8 Humidity 64%) (Going to just count days from here)
AG Status; "Super Grow" Light 24/0 (AG hood & 50W LED UFO) Water & Air 24/0 (Put the hood back on)
WOOT. My plant looks great. She snapped right back. I did some reading last night, and was thinking that the AG hood might be giving the thing some light in a spectrum that it needed and the UFO might not have. Because it happened when I removed the hood. I now think thats wrong, and the poor thing just needed to be fed.
I got my growpanel45 yesterday. I like it. Now I don't want this thread to turn into a LED good or bad thread. There are places for that. So if your a naysayer to the LED's please don't leave your ranting here. I have done a lot of homework and some testing and this is what I have found.
When I started looking into lighting. I must say I didn't know shit. I still don't know a lot about the big ones. My friend that gave me the AG let me use 2 of the 14W growpanels from Sunshinesys, and they seem to be doing the job. So the first thing I started looking up was LED lighting. Now as a total noob you type in "LED grow light (good or bad )" into Google and see what ya get. lol. Ok so now we got some reading to do, and I did. For 2 days. I sifted through reviews and threads on the subject. I started to notice. By looking at the dates. You could tell that the trend was shifting as the technology started to improve. More and more people were saying good things about them. That is when I found my first rollitup thread .

Read it. It's a good one.
What he did with the help of SICC and Da420Monkey was insane, and he only had a 90W UFO. So this gets me really interested in trying one. I find a tri band 50W UFO for $99.00 free shipping 7th gen. Now I have hung this light on the front side of the AG. Pointing right at the LR2 I have sprouting, and in 3 hours the plant bent 90 degrees. Pointing right at the UFO. I moved the UFO the the back of the AG, and point it in. In 2 hours the plant is straight up and down. In 4 it is bent the other way. That plant is in love with that light. It is chasing the thing allover the place. So when I get the new Growpanel45. The UFO is hanging in the front facing in. and the plant is in the front center hole(pro 100) bent 90 degrees. I slid the panel light in behind the AG, and point it in. It took about 5 hours for that to pull it back to pretty close to straight again. So nobody can tell me that it's not working the plant is telling me it is. Ok so sure the big lights might still be better. I don't know. I do know I like what I see, and that this is working for me so far. So keep a open mind people. LED's are only going to get better I think.
