My advice: branches look a bit thin and whispy. It tends to happen under blurple. Gree/white light seems to get better branch growth. Dont top anymore, its only going to make them smaller. Small branches grows small buds. Do some more lst and wait until the plant grows a bit more, and definitely transplant soon. If yiu go straight for 5 gal then be carefull about not over watering. Once you got a bit more growth start preparing for flower maybe staking the branches. You would probably need a bit more light. But even some led lightbulbs would work.

It’s 7 weeks old now since germination should I change to flower what’s the simplest way cause it’s been under like 24/7
Id suggest transplanting and tying it down. Kind of stretchy. Get a small fan moving the plant a bit to strengthen to stems. Let it grow in a bigger pot for a couple more weeks and make sure its healthy before flipping into flower or you're in for a "fun" grow. Unless you only plan on using the 45 watt lights then just flower it. Dont expect much. Also if you decide to upgrade the light and transplant. Use a good organic soil mix, not miracle grow.
