I feel that, yea seriously those plants arent thriving, need to upgrade the light and grow. At least buy a 2x2x6 grow tent, any smaller and its a pain, at least for my preference. Gotta get the Mars Hydro ts1000w, or Spiderfarmer SF 1000

When you flip the light to 12/12 it usually shows more pistils (White hairs) a week or 2 into it. I'd say a good 5 weeks before you start seeing actual buds forming. Til then it will be mostly white pistils growing out. Keep them healthy and you will be rewarded in the end.
This is an Auto flower 7 weeks from sprout.
It will be a lot fatter when done.

Leaves look like you have been giving them a decent amt of N. May need some calmag, I see a couple of leaves lightening up, but overall looks to be coming along well.
