Hi all,
i am part of a group that is looking into the Coalition and its dealing along with CONroy.
here's a list of 21 questions we are thinking about & I thought it would be good if you folks chimed in and let us know what you think.
here's a list of 21 questions:
  1. Who elected Wilcox?
  2. When is his term up?
  3. How do we get membership in his new Coalition?
  4. How do we run for office in his new Coalition?
  5. Where are the financial statements for the past 3 years?
  6. Who is going to speak for the patients now that you represent DG's and doctors like Kammermans?
  7. Why did you have such a big turn-over of volunteers and members of the Steering Committee?
  8. What are you planning to do for the 50% of the patients that are Left-out of the Allard Action?
  9. Shouldn't you be consulting with patients for best direction to secure their interests now that they are no longer considered to be patients but are labelled as criminals for holding expired MMAR licences?
  10. Are you pleased with the outcome of the Allard Action and do you believe that we got value for our dollar with Conroy?
  11. Were you aware that Conroy represented LP applicants as well as the MMAR patients which is called a conflict of interest?
  12. Why was Conroy your first and only pick as legal counsel for this historic action because he is a one-man store front operation with no class-action experience?
  13. Why did Conroy mislead patients in the beginning by claiming in the tri-folds and posters that he was filing a class action and the going to sue for damages if the injunction failed?
  14. Do you consider 50% Left-out a 'success' or a 'failure'..
  15. Does Conroy know that you cannot sue for damages due to unconstitutional legislation?
  16. Why did Conroy file a representative action which has dwindled down to just a couple of plaintiffs?
  17. Were you aware that LP applicants have deeper pockets than patients and we have run out of money and options?
  18. Why did Conroy have to file a request for a variance on his injunction? If he had taken the time and resources to properly do his job at the very beginning he would not have screwed up so badly.
  19. Why does Wilcox insist on wearing his hat backwards?
  20. Did you know that Conroy tried to extort a cut of the privacy breach from Branch MacMaster but they refused and that is why he launched the 'Irrevocable Pledge Form' on his website where you can pledge your privacy breach award to Conroy so that he can continue to work on the Allard Action. Conroy apparently needs the money because patients have exhausted their meagre pension funds and there are only 50% of them left and most of them are living off Canada Pension Disability benefits and supplemented by patient surplus sales to dispensaries and compassion clubs.
  21. Would you like to form a proper deliberative assembly in order to represent the patients unique distinct and specific interests and set best direction for matters of common concern with the least amount of friction possible.

Why are you supporting the defense funds of dispensaries with funds meant for the Allard case?

Will you then be defending the dispensaries that were raided by the RCMP today?

Who exactly is the New Official MMAR Administration?

Why has the previous Steering Committee been removed from the Coalition's website?

Who is the new Steering Committee?

Why is there no financial accountability for the lock boxes that are strategically placed across Canada?

Is it not a conflict of interest for our lawyer to be representing us, lps and dispensaries while crowdfunding for legalization?

How are you allocating funds exactly?

Who is the voice for the patients and our home gardens that are a matter of life or death for many of us?

Why is The Cannabis Rights Coalition using hashtags along with #mmar like #pothead #pothadsociety #stonergirls #dab this and #dab that and such nonsense and make us all look like we belong in a Cheech and Chong movie (no offence to them) but we are not all potheads but sick patients who choose cannabis as medicine and are professionals, parents, disabled and are a diverse group of people.

Why would you charge patients and or the public $200 a head to consume cannabis extracts on Ontario highways on the way to see if said extracts will become legal ? How is it that no one in your administration thought that might be a bad idea?

We need the government to understand that we will respect the laws and public safety and putting your hat on backwards and giving the finger outside of the Courthouse or any Canadian government building is not respecting anyone of us nor the government. What are you thinking?

Where are our pledges and can we have a refund?

what about what is being done with and through the so-called Coalition?
if you don't care about how we as patients are being railroaded, that's up to you. Wilcox is taking our defense $$ and spending it how he sees fit. I donated to that and I did NOT donate for "other causes" like trips to Jamaica, high end video equipment, new lifestyle etc
you find it tiring while i find it maddening...enough to stand up and do something about it!

are you blind too?
this thread isn't for assclowns like you to stir up crap and fighting. this is a thread for questions and comments for something serious.
too bad fighting for OUR country didn't give you a sense of decency or a decent personality.
i am embarrassed by someone like you. our military are good people...for the most part. you show an exception to that.

Kirk Tousaw ready to help fight any charges from recent dispensary raids
http://www.mycoastnow.com/18185/18185/

Who is going to finance this fight? Are we, the patients expected to finance this from our pledges or donations to the Cannabis Rights Coalition? I am disabled and was of the understanding that all monies raised and pledges was to go to preserve our right to keep our gardens. Never did we agree to finance anything else whatsoever. We are being cheated and we were mislead. We were not consulted and we need to keep the Coalition going to finish our action to preserve our right to self cultivate. The proper thing to do would be to finish our mandate. We have a right to finish our mandate. The law dictates this and not to divert our direction for corporate interests. Wilcox should of let us finish our mandate and start a whole new organization to fight to defend dispensaries. This is criminal corporate conduct in my opinion. Not all of us have jumped shipped. Not all of us have abandoned the fight for the patient's garden. Some of us are asking for an investigation into Wilcox's questionable fundraising methods and get a judge to decide if this change in direction is fair to the patients. We still have to fight for the gardens of the 50% left out of the Allard action and it's just a matter of time that the rest are left out in the favour of the Lps. Are the dispensaries vying to become an extension of Lps because they have the patient network and act as distributors for Lps. Are dispensaries going to use their patient networks to act as distributors for Lps once all of the patients are leftout of the Allard action and dispensaries can no longer rely on patients and DG Surplus? Is Kirk going to fight for the right of dispensaries to act as a delivery mechanism for LP's produced Cannabis. Dispensaries have the patient network and Lps are allowed to legally produce. Once again, Who is left to fight for the patient's garden?
