I don't see clear enough to tell you if its mold or not.
If it smells like behind your fridge or when you don't clean the bathroom sink for too long - its mold.
If you blow on it and you see spores flying - its mold.
If you touch it and it crumbles - its mold.
Google up "bud mold" and "bud rot" and you'll see lots of pictures to compare to your buds. Anyhow, if only a small part of the bud looks molded remove it asap before it spreads and you can safely smoke the rest of the bud. Later on figure if the quaretined bud parts are infected or not.

Try to dry your buds to the stage they break up just perfectly when grinded in a cheap plastic grinder. When they break down to the perfect size.

the thing about this whole thread is, i never gave them any nutes to begin with. and i've grown other plants in it with no burns.
this seedling is young and may die because of this.

this could be because the bag of soil was standing open in the rain for two three weeks. perhaps time released ferts were released in this time. or because the strain i'm growing (hindu kush) cannot handle the nutes in the soil. i can't think of anything else.
perhaps time released ferts were released in this time THATS YOUR PROBLEM AT LEAST WITH THE SOIL SEEDLINGS!!! U SHOULD NOTTT NEVER EVER EVER USE TIME REALESE FERTS., BECAUSE ITS HARD TO KNOW WHAR U HAVE IN UR MEDIUM., GO BUY SOME GOOD ORGANIC POTTING SOIL OR NOT ORGANIC BUT MAKE SURE IT DONT HAVE NO NUTES IN IT OR TIME REALESE FERTS., HAPPY GARDENING===~~~
