Right gotta love that almanac hahaha! Ive ordered seeds twice, to my house, with no problems what so ever(knock on wood) i used attitude seeds once and directly from world of seeds the other time, both overseas, both came in about 2-3 weeks, and both times they had a US CUSTOMS stamp of approval so no need to sketch out my man, medicate and make your order!
AND HOLY SHIT its addicting to go from paying an assload for good weed to producing an assload of good weed!!!!
It's strangley addictive going from consumer to producer!

i Know man, we have a great area for growing outdoors, but the short season is definitely a challenge. I definitely think that bringing them inside on those cold nights is a good idea, should definitely extend your grow time. i'd even keep them in there once their heavy into bud if it looks like its gonna rain for a day or two. As long as some of the trichomes are cloudy, your still gonna get high, but more of an up, clear headed high opposed to a strong body stone. I had a couple potential qtr-1/2 pounders last year that i had to take down at like 4 weeks cause they started to flower so late and they were already getting moldy. only pulled like a few ounces off a few plants. Tasted shitty and really didnt even like smoking it so i just got rid of it. definitely had smoked worse before though. my other plants were just a couple weeks early and the smoke was superb though, potent and had a nice heady up high. one of my friends said smoking a joint of that stuff felt like doing some coke and he couldn't sit still. AND the medijuana is a big producer and starts flowering really early although it is not an autoflower. a mid sept. harvest would definitely be possible. Check out double JJ's thread or hodgegrowns outdoor thread. both have some BIG medi's going, although i think hodge may have already chopped one. i had and autoflower this year and my buddy had a crop and they got so moldy from the wet weather we had last month, he had to clip them before he lost them all. i just dont think the mid summer harvest works out unless you get pretty lucky with a nice dry spell. they definitely would've done well in the south this past couple months.

Just got my power back last night... How are the deer problems going, can't BELIEVE they bit yhe top off the LSD. You know I have a soft spot for that plant!
That Medijuana sounds like what we need in the N.E. so keep me in the loop also if you find an outlet. I will do the same! The pictures you posted look great.
I found out last night that if you take a phone pic at night it's much clearer than in the day (check my thread). I don't know how safe it is for you travelling at night
in your area. LOL

Went out to check on them today and the flowers had doubled size since i had last seen them. Qrazy train has some resin on a few buds already, and the Jack is gonna start frosting up soon as well. The kandy Kush is smelling like The OG, with a sweet floral smell almost. the sweetness is hard to describe at this point. I'm really happy with the kandy kush so far and i plan on growing it again for sure if the smoke is what i'm looking for. The fishing line deer fence i put up had a spot where the ground level dipped down so the deer ducked it i think and took a tip off a branch of the kk. From reading around i think its just a small younger deer that is pretty brazen and doesn't spook off easily. must like the buzz or something. If this shit keeps up though, i'll steak him out, then have some nice deer steaks. Its been rainy the past two days,a nd its supposed to rain a bit more tomorrow, but i'm planning on feeding as soon as the soil dries out after the rain. I apologize in advance for the blurry pics, rain didn't help much either.

Um yeah I'll take a few of those Farmer!! I know you're coastal but what type of terrain do you grow in. I'm growing in a semi low area surrounded by high bush blueberries. The ground is mossy everywhere and not draining well. I have my ladies in pots but wonder what you consider a good terrain to grow.

This weather we've been having sucks also, are our dreams of a warm dry fall going down the toilet?

On a side note, went for a trek to check on the lonely hermie. While the plant is very healthy and growing well, but it's laden with nuts...

I should be able to get some smokeable bud though, and sweet sweet seeds...am I right that since the herm pollenated itself the seeds will be feminized correct?

haha thanks Puck, yeah so many of those damn leaf hoppers everywhere. looking up at the tallest cola's you can see them spitting or something off of the leafs, pretty weird but they don't seem to do much harm, and i've heard that they are territorial and will attack smaller or other insects that try to inhabit the plants. maybe a reason why i haven't had any bad insects or mites or anything yet. (knock on wood) I'm not worried about the mold yet cause their buds aren't real dense or anything yet, and it hasn't been consistent rain here, so they get to dry off and catch some sun. Honestly i didn't even know that Lee came up this way, irene and Lee were on the smaller scale of some of the storms we've had come through here this season. I hope the Jack and QT are gonna have enough time to finish, i'm not as worried about the KK in that regards, but mold is a different story

They are actually crapping on the plants... i had them all over as well some of my fan leaves were turning whitish with the excrement...not cool.

I'm in high bush blueberries as well, and low bush too, and alot of other smaller shrubs and sapling scattered here and there. I'm kinda in a little valley, but uphill from the creek the runs a hundred feet or so away. its a pretty wooded area, but i found the clearing, and used my hatchet and shovel to clear kinda individual little patches for each plant, so they didn't have to compete too much with other plants when they were smaller, and i made them big enough so they aren't touching any other plants now either. I like planting on natural mounds if u can find them, cause they give u alot of better quality soil to work with instead of all the clay we have to work with. it usually gives u more root space above the clay pan as well for better drainage. South facing is always ideal on a hillside for the most sun, but i just look to get overhead sun and limited branches and trees blocking afternoon and morning sun. I still have hope for a warm dry fall, all we can do is have some faith, and keep an eye on the forecast. SInce the plants pollinated itself it will be mostly fem seeds, but they will all have the tendency to herm like the original plant due to genetic instability, or just poor genes. You can give them a shot, but you may be better off starting with some different seeds

haha thats what my friend said, i haven't seen any of their crap on the leaves, so i hope its just bouncing off them. they kinda are a pain in the ass though. i had a tiny female praying mantis on the qrazy train the other day, it was nice to see her looking out for my ladies.

don't know if you guys have seen it yet, but theres some pretty good grandaddy purp goin around right now. bout to fire up a binger, beam me up scotty

You can't see it, it's just clear liqiud. If you watch them you'll see it drop out their asses. If you see a talc like white spots on you plant you'll know what it is

A few rain storms will do the trick. Are they all over the plants. Mine had like 10 to 15 of them at a time on them. I moved the plant a little ways fro where it was and it seems to have lessened the amount of leaf hoppers on the plant but they are still there. If you're interested google -candy stripped leafhoppers.

Make no mistake, they feed by sucking the nutrients of of the plant. They have to syphon so much liquid to get the nutrition they need that they are constantly excreting the clear liquid out their little bug assholes. They seem to stick to the leave and I didn't see too much damage, but I couldn't bear the thought of them shitting on my buds...

I haven't, just the normal overprice "BC" shit and regs... I'm in the Portland area and I usually do see too many designer buds around. Then again, I'm not looking hard either...

Will do Danks, i'm not gonna be able to see them til tomorrow afternoon, but i'll definitely have some for an update. I plan on re topdressing with some guano tomorrow since the last time i re top dressed was on the 25th. THe JH was yellowing up a bit on the big fans last time i was out so i'm probably gonna give her a bit of grow big tomorrow to give her some N. same with the qrazy train(not as much big fan yellowing as much as some of the smaller fans on the inside of the plants). I'll give regular dosage of cal-mag, and probably pick up some molasses to throw in there as well. last time i was out i staked the QT some more and opened her up pretty nice, did the same thing to the KK with a couple branches. The fence seemed to be doing its job the last time i was out there so lets hope everything's still all good. I would go out today, but i try to stay away from them as much as i can just so the trail doesn't get beat down too bad. It really drags things out going out too often, so i try to give them 3-5 days between visits depending on weather.

Went out today and gave each plant between 2.5- 3 gallons. fed with some grow big for some extra nitrogen cause they started looking like they may need a bit to prevent leaf drop. The kandy kush wasn't really asking for it so i gave it a lighter dose. re top dressed with indonesian guano, so that should give them a boost of P and a bit of K. Gave molasses and cal-mag as well. KK is really stacking on the trichs, and the QT and Jack are beginning to trich up as well. No mold yet (knock on wood). heres some pics.
