2nd attempt at 1st grow...problems again :-(

omg that is a beautiful specimen of plant material!!!! What strain? God I want budsss (I really do NOT smoke much or often, but I can have 24 oz every 2 months along with 15 plants, hehe!) And I was in serious need of a hobby, this fits the bill, I am going to start making medibles, as my krispy treats and caramels sell like hotcakes when I drop some at the local dispensary, let the green rush strike! I made 12 pounds of canna butter 2 months ago..I have maybe 3 lbs left...they sell that stuff for 50$/cup!!! Sooo since I cannot work as a nurse anymore...I'm going into the gourmet pot-food business, lol.mine loved the t5 not as fast to grow but damn healthyhid are better once they are bigger and can take it.

yah its not about giving them everything, just basics, more just what is needed... and they do the rest.... just a bunch of love and care. kind of a passion for me.

yup...I also use Mg soil.... so it help when i "make it rain", soil drains fast, and have no problems.

edit: I feel i was too blunt above. i just want you to know i have nothing but respect for medical patients, i am not one myself but know Mj can have really great medical benifits and......ugg looking too far into this lol

miracle grow soil??!!! Good Lord, my first purchase was a 50$ bag of soil (roots organics formula 707) which I didn't know then, was FULL of ferts, and every damn time I gave them nutes I messed up the foliage somehow..too much this, not enough that...I will never know I guess why those plants all died overnight, just sooo bizarre!
Now I buy the cheap stuff, wizard, made here in Washington- 5.99 a bag, 3 bags and 1 large industrial bag of perlite and I'm good for 10 plants easily..and I looked up this company, to see what they add...for being so cheap it has that 1 thing in it...it keeps bugs away by shredding them to pieces if they hatch and try to come out of the soil...can't recall the name, it's on the tip of my tongue, lol..and a LOT of the same things that were in the 50$ bag..heh imagine that!!
I meant my idea of a "good time" is popping perlite balls, I MUST need a life!!

i just bought a 30 lb bag of loom for 3$. a bag of organic perilite 7$. it is all you need

what is loom???? And I will...give yourself some credit,though.. your sitting here helping total strangers, it must be in your bloodline!!!
My bag of perlite was like 5 feet tall...it was a LOTTT of damn perlite, but I mixed it all with 4 or so small bags of this wizard soil....water sucks right down through it nicely, and yet after 3 days, there is still slight moisture down deep..so really, to NOT over water, I will probably only water once a week once they are in their final homes..I usually start em out in 3-4" pots, then 2 quart ones my lillies came in last summer..then as the roots show on bottom I move em up a stage..3x, till they land in either 3 gal pots, which is what I have most of, but I also have some 5 or 6 gal pots...which seemed to slow everything down last round of plants, may have been too much space, don't know..
went to friend req him on FB, and only " Brian Fountain's" come up( a LOT of them..)..hmm may need a link..

Yes I use Mg...I would not recommend it to others, but just hate when people say it doesn't work or its crap! crap is fertilizer. Mg has worked for me.
well if you understand a plant and learn to read them, and only give em water for few weeks then it is good, but its like that with any fertz in the soil...got to take it easy on them especially when they are young.

they are actually looking pretty happy, a bit of growth noticed overnight since I had to raise the T-5 this am..no sign of stress or shock, considering most got a bit of a root prune taking the rockwool off as much as I could, without tearing anything major off..we shall see how long they take to start this "explosive" growth..then hopefully they will like the MH lights better and handle em better then..off to the PO and check if my new seed orders are in, I am excited for that!
I finally contacted a human being at CAP the maker of the ebb&grow..he apologized profusely, and it's handled, they are shipping me out a new brain bucket, I'm mailing in my buckled one to them today, all is right with the world..haha
so I am willing to wager a bet that once I get the bucket back (within a week) I will have the remainder of my limit germed and ready to grow and have a feeling that the ones I put into the ebb&grow will not only catch up with, but probably finish sooner than the ones in soil!
Just for kicks I will use some of the same bubblegum beans, and some ice, and maybe big bud...I won't run out of beans anytime soon, IF they make it here ok, that is..
I hope they get here, that was 258 bucks! But I will have enough seeds for years to come, as i plan on learning a better way of cloning that gives me more than a 30% success rate, lol.Then I can just take large clippings for next crop, etc..thinking positive, I WON'T KILL anymore of my girls! Actually the 2 ice I put in the larger of the pots look a bit ill today, now that I looked at them again...gave em a bit more thrive alive in some h2o..others seem to love the kelp in it..they are perkin up and almost reaching up for light now...amazing how much they can change in a day! (for the good, AND the bad!)
