whiterhyno420,

Cool avatar man, it reminded me that I have a gas mask in storage, I'm digging that bitch out tomorrow and rigging it up. It'll make a great party fave.

Sheepsblood,

Looking great! I subscribed, and look forward to it.

+Rep for both.
Thank you for the props...

I am uploading again now and man I am telling you these things are friggen monsters!!! They just grow like crazy and again, it's just a 150 Watt HPS in an Emily's Garden

Hope you like the looks of these babies. So we put a net over them to do a SOG, and we will be starting the 12/12 cycle slowly this week. We just want to be careful and walk them down to 12/12 to create the least amount of stress hoping for as many females as we can. If you have any ideas you are always welcome to share and I have a completely open mind so any discussion is a learning experience.

What strain are you using this time around? They are looking good!

The Bag Seed Strain, it was a good smoke and stinky, I think they just had a hermi or didn't harvest well because I used bag seed the last time and it improved with my love

I know this thread is kind of old, but this is one of the only threads I can find with Emily's Garden systems.
I just bought one last week, still have not set it up, I will this week.

My question, did it have good results? I have never done hydro before, only soil, inside and outside.
What kind of yield did you get with the 150 and the Emily's? Did the small res give you any problems?
Like the roots filling it up too fast?

I had absolutely no issue with the Emily's Garden. I don't care if anyone shop keep or nay sayer wants to bash this system but I can say it did very well. I ended up with 4 plants FEM and 2 Male. Plucked out the males and harvested 2 z's per plant. That is only because the light source was obviously too weak.
Emily's Gardens are easy to use like soil but with the benefits of hydro.
I can say from a few more grows of experience that I have returned to soil because it is easier to maintain and my buds are way more dense. Maybe if I had the right strain it would be better with hydro but not for my AK that I have been growing lately.
