Same here, I had a batch of clones where some had three leaves ( sensi star ) that lasted some way through veg until it finally grew five. Then when I cloned one of the 3-leafers, I got a clone with some 1-leafers, which finally grew out too.
Yeah - check out 3 and 1, you should be able to see how strange all the leaves are. They get normal at the top ..
I found that fimming a plant VERY early in veg will create the three leaflet leaf. I have one that oddly enough has two leaflets. I am not going to fim my next batch until much later in veg and see if the new growth has a different response. I am curious if the fimming is responsible or not. Please reply with similar experiences with premature fimming and we'll get to the bottom of this!
