There has been tremendous growth on both plants. The Easy Ryder will be 5 weeks old on Monday. As you can see I have used LST on her and it has been working out pretty well. I also have been giving her full strength nutes by Fox Farms. The Cali Hash Plant will be one week old on Monday. Here are the pics.

The plants are still growing great. The Cali Hash Plant didn't seem to be growing much, but look at it now. I let the Easy Ryder dry out a little and it seemed to love it. I'm surprised that there are so many colas coming through the canopy. Any comments would be great.

Hey man, just checked your grow out and thought i'd say hey! They're looking good man, hang on in there and you'll be in for some fine smoke. I'm just finishing off 2 easy ryders, 1st time grower. Gotta say mate, I've had the easiest time growing them, they bounce back from any problems in no time. I'm about a week from hanging them to dry, cut 2 smaller branches off a few days ago to sample myself (why not??) and sort my mate out with a henry, as he's having a time of it and its dry round here...anyway cut the stems away from the bud, left it to dry for a few hours on top of my reflector, sorted his 8th, had just under an 8th dry for myself, that was just from 1 of the smaller branches from each plant and it is absolutely pukka stuff!! Wait til you see how fat your main centre cola branch gets, omg its like a double length coke can and you get all these mini coke sized supporting branches which surround the thing!

I'm being patient with the rest mind, no more sampling, letting it finish off, drying and canning the stuff for a month, it'll be worth it I keep telling myself!!

If there's any advice I can give you, (which I doubt you need as you are probably more clued up than I was when I started in November!) it's only water them the day after you think they need it (I saw massive improvements by starving them a little followed by a good feed, til collection tray fills) keep the light schedule as constant as possible and go easy on the flowering nutes... I used some atami bloombastic for 6 feeds, from week 4 to week 6ish and then did a big flush with some bottled canna flushing stuff followed by half the amount of ph'd water + molasses afterwards... I have been on ph'd water + blackstrap molasses for 3 feeds since so far, like I said im hanging them in the next 4-7 days or so, I have given them 5 days or so extra already and they still need at least one more feed, couple day light and dark period before im completely satisfied.

Oh yeah mine suffered a stunt in growth at one stage, all the branches went droopy, it was the first feed I did with molasses AND flowering nutes, think I hit them with too much at once, got a few patchy leaves, so I got some canna flushing agent, put it through with a heap of water and a few hours later when lights came back on they had churped right up so go easy on the dosages, or just flush those excess salts and buildups out more often than I did! They shot up again the next week once I stabilised everything and got my light schedule back on track (I went with 20/4 for the first 2 weeks with 250watt cfl vegging spectrum light, followed by week 3 and 4 with 250 watt dual spectrum and from mid week 4 onwards I have had them just on the flowering 250watt cfl. I have also had a couple of 40w smaller cfls further down for vertical side lighting once the canopy really filled out and blocked light to lower branches. From week 6 they have been on 18/6 light cycle, basically coz the buggers got so big during late flowering that they both literally just fit in my wardrobe still, its cramped, so i wanted more time where I brought the temps down and to give them recovery time and it gave me more work time too.

I'm chatting complete and utter cack here lad I think I'll call it a night... sorry for ramblin, i had used a different forum during my grow which didnt get much support, so figured i'd let u know i successfully got through the grow to spur you on a bit...right im outta here, after I've hit the last little bit of home grown easy ryder i snipped me the other day ;-)

Hey guys and gals. The Easy Ryder is 6 weeks and 2 days old. As you can see I let the Easy Ryder get a little too dry and that resulted in wilted leaves. Also the Cali Hash Plant is growing well with no signs of stopping, it is 2 weeks and 2 days old. I'm thinking that if I start giving it nutes next week I won't run into any problems, I hope. Good news, I have another baby, a Lowryder #2 just came through the soil today. I will get pics of that seedling in a few days. Here's the pics of the other two.

Looks real good for 6 weeks
I seem to think so too. I never had experience with autoflowers before this one. I think it will be time to chop in about two weeks.

Bad news this morning as I was watering and doing the daily look over I dropped the thermometer on the Lowryder #2 and broke it right in half, there was no hope. So I just put another seed into the soil and will let you know when it sprouts.

Hey cloud. Lookin cool for ur first effort dood. Reckon they'll take 10 weeks to get nr to harvest time. Ive had a bit of experience in Easy ryders but in Hydro NFT, not soil. Check out " NFT hydro auto easy ryder " in grow journals by Growlow. Youll be amazed at the results from hydro grown. This dood got bout 20 oz from 7 plants with one 400w hps light!! Ive currently got 8 Easys germing now and will be settin up a journal when i settle them in to my hydro setup. Gud luck wit ur grow m8.

I feel bad for killing a poor little seedling lol. The Easy Ryder I hope will be done in 2-3 weeks, I know i will let this grow to it's full potentail. Hopfully the urge to cut won't get to me. As for the Cali Hash Plant I am thinking about putting it outside for flowering, but it's still too cold and wet outside. Thanks for the comments, I'm glad you guys could get a laugh out of my noob mistake, ooops.

I will post in a couple days when the Lowryder #2 sprouts.

I've got some pictures of the seedling that sprouted on Monday. The EasyRyder is now 7 weeks and 1 day old and the Cali Hash Plant is 3 weeks and 1 day old. let me tell you that the Cali Hash Plant is a vigorous grower and is bigger than I ever expected it to be at only three weeks old. The Easy Ryder should be harvested in 2-3 weeks. When do you guys think I should cut her down?

Sweet grow man...your easy rider is looking NICE! I started a grow of an auto flower to about 3 weeks ago, but it is Lowryder #2.

Good luck the rest of the way man!
