UPDATE:
@Phlizon LED Grow Light @VIVOSUN Official @Spiderfarmerled
Here is a long overdue update, as I've stated it's been a crazy month, from battling covid, losing a beloved pet "family", and then catching another chest cold "the product of having kids that are in school, constantly sick".
As for the Dotz, they have shown sex and I am in the process of pulling males, I topped the females and I'm about to start training the ladies to get them ready for the scrog nets that I'm building soon.
I see 2 distinct phenos in this strain with the ones I started, one pheno is very chem influenced "must be stardawg heavy" and the other pheno is more piney with a bush type structure to her..
Also I kept a few secrets in the back pocket in case I needed to pull a rabbit out of a hat..
I only showcased 4 plants but I ran a full pack to ensure I had better odds..
The final sexing results has ended with 6 females, 4 males and 1 seed that never germinated.
I have tossed 2 males so far, both were more chem heavy, the other 2 I'm tossing this weekend are more of the bushy pine type "must be runtz, I've never ran that strain before".
Out of the females we have, 4 of them are more bushy pine "maybe from the runtz" and the other 2 have more of that chem feel to them.
Also on a bright note each one of these ladies has been ran under each separate light along side the others, so that will mean that each female will still be accurately compared since they have already been running under each light and this will also mean they will be as close of a comparison as I can get this run without full on clones.
In this room I have only set up for 4 plants, 1 plant for each light, so the remaining 2 ladies I will be moving to a new location and inside the 10x5 tent "I got updates for the 10x5 tent as well".
The 4 females that I am going to run out in this comparison are all the same type pheno, meaning they all are bush like piney smelling plants", they all 4 look very similar.
As for my 10x5 tent, phlizon has agreed to sponsor my tent with 2 of their PH-B10-D 800w led bars..
One of them has arrived, been assembled and is hung in the tent, the other one will be here soon and I will start to pack in the 10x5 next month.
Again I'm sorry for the late ass update, I've had a lot going on this month..
SF4000, this pheno is the more chem heavy pheno "I'll get pics of her replacement soon" and her sister who has ran beside her "bushy pine" will be taking center stage while I relocate this one.
VS4300, this pheno is the more pine smelling pheno, I topped her and she will be getting trained soon.
PL4500, this light has a very nice looking male under it that I've been tossed up on sending him to my buddy who would work with him, not sure yet..
Here is the male.
Here is the female.
600w hps.. This light also produce a bushy male that I've already chopped, he has 2 replacement ladies, both of them are different phenos, I took a pic of the more stardawg heavy one, I'll get a pic of the permanent lady on the next update.
Female chem influenced
Here is the 10x5 tent after the first light has been hung, the ventilation system is also complete, I had my 80k btu unit installed for the basement and 16 seer 2 ton ac unit will be installed early spring "being in canada i dont need an ac unit in the winter when its -20+ outside.
But the tent has an 8in inline exhaust fan with speed control, an 8in 407cfm booster fan, with another 6in booster fan for intake air..
I also have a few wind devil clip fans inside the tent and I'll add more of those when I get the other light and plants going into the tent.
Again I'm sorry for the late update and I hope to keep this log more up to date as I go forward, like I said I've been busy, but I also log on instagram and other platforms as well "Im not advertising them here" so I get a bit forgetful.
Thanks again for the reminder and I'll be back again shortly with another update.
