thanks hater, no, were looking for the specs of the FF soil, im using jungle growth pro mix soil this time, i just posted the specs of the nutes a couple posts back.
ok, i just tested a gallon of tap water and the ph was about 8. i started out with 10 drops of ph down and then did 10 drops at a time and it took 40 drops to get it to 6.6. i have plenty of ph down, so i guess i will use tap water. anyone have any thoughts on this?
i just did a search and all i come up with is the feeding schdule, well, i wont nute for a little while with whats in the soil.
Definitely! The only thing is you might have to supplement calcium and magnesium I think it is..?? If you getting the fox farms trio though I don't think you will have to worry about it but I could be wrong.. A friend of mine is using straight distilled and hes getting great results, thats with the FF nutes too.
CD masscom is correct, i experimented with this and i stuck half of the towel in a cup of water and the other half hanging outside the cup. and the humidity shot up. but every so often you have to either put a new towel in there or take the towel out of the water and let it dry up so you can repeat the process. but it does work. at least from my experience.I have a sling psychrometer I use to get TRUE humidity readings in my grow area and I've found that adding a wet towel in the room, with fans moving the air, ups the humidity levels much greater than just sitting a bowl of water in there. Thats my 2 cents anyways.
Hey CD, aint it nice that it's finally not hot as hell every damn day down here? I've been loving our weather!
I'm serious about the wet towel with a fan blowing over it. It will give you much greater results. I promise!
