5 plant scrog 4 - 6 pound harvest

My question is, can I post a pic on your thread? Second question (after you see pic.) Do I need a netting, like you have? I'm assuming the netting is to hold up buds when they get top heavy. My pic. is only 2 plants in a 4'x4' area, I veged for 8 weeks, started LST at about 6 weeks. They are now 2 weeks into flower. 4x4 area is packed. I didn't do too much LST on the first grow, But I did on these two and WOW!!!! Expecting about 1/2 pd dry off each plant. I'm estimating compared to what I got off the first 3 plants. I just let them grow straight up and got a 1/2 pd dry. I also used FF nuets on the first grow, and 100% distilled water. I also have a theory about big pots, I use 8 gal. potato bags. I didn't use a ph meter at all. Did use a soil tester and with 100% distilled it stayed at about 6.5 consistanly.
So far this grow I have used no nuets except FF oceans forest soil and Nirvana has these organic grow tabs. 1 type for veg, and another for flower. ALL ORGANIC. The nuets from my first grow are just sttin idle in a box. I'm going to try to go all the way with no nuets. I'm also using tap water now, I let it sit out for 48 hrs to rid of clorine. Then I put 2 tablespoons of ph down in it. Still no ph tester, but soil is staying around 6.5. Been keeping a close watch on leaves to make sure they don't need any nuets. Starting week 4 I will be adding blueberry juice to the watering.(sugar is good). I'm also trying another expermint with these. Hopefully come up with purple buds. Supposedly blueberry juice and taking temps down to about 50 to 55 degrees during dark cycle, will yeild purple buds. Only going to do this on 1 of them in case it fucks it up.

So there is no way I'm going to try to reinvent the wheel, I'm going to copy the DR method, with those 36 gal toats but my toats will have wheels on one side so if I have to move them.. also I will use my custom soil and Papaya and a custum strain that comes from here in Colorado called Magic mountain.. My area to flower will be 12-12 so I have room to move around.. The room will be lit with about 2500 watts.. I got my clones vegging now.. Here is a few Pics of the Magic mountain and Papaya that will be used to hopefully get the DR method up and going at 9200 ft elevation.

Its so cool of the DR to hook us up with such a good practical method to utilize.. thank again DR, hope your Mom recovers fully...

so what i would do is start making some sort of scrog table please use twine or string if you like i can post how i made mine to detail
your plants are extremely bushy which causes concern to me your going to have to trim allot of lower under growth an get air moving in there once buds form they will start to sweat and mold will come its inevitable
might also be a good idea to transplant them into something larger prior to flowering mode which will make a huge difference in yield possibly totes if your 8 to 10 gallon go 20 gallon totes trust me this alone opens up space below your table to actually work.
Now you mention you have not given food well in flower your going to have to many scrogers fail to realize that when producing buds at the scale well above plants DNA genetics cause believe me if you left plant grow on its own and what you did there is no comparison in bud per plant production, so plants needs lots more food then normal specially to produce 100's of buds
Think of your plant like a top fuel funny car using fuel rather then a Hyundai Right either way both Del's and your grow are going to become amazing

PS : I feel honoured to have both you tag along and take some of my techniques , and ways, and implement into your garden i have grown trial an error for years to finally come up with the best possible way to get the best possible yuield with low count plants ,
I am not here to show boat but teach people better ways of growing

Well said. I believe in itself the main benefit of Scrog is the conservation of legality, while still bringing in considerable yields. This grow looks great I like how she is frosting up. I have always used 3-5 gallon pots on account that I am really only working in closet spaces. I do not use anything over a 250 now a days so any screen I build would not even fit above any container over 5 gallons. I have always acknowledged the "more root more fruit" saying, but have never wanted to go the extra mile.

Anyways, how tall is that screen Dr? do you crawl under to water? It looks like soil no? Do you think the extra time spent vegging to the screen to accommodate the large totes is anything to be noted? Regardless, this grow looks like a future victory in my book.
