So there it is, proof that LEDs can match HPS true watt for true watt.

Nice! I'll probably pick one of them up and try it side by side with my 600w HPS...if its any use I'll add a second one after my next grow. I think the raw power of the HPS and the fancy colour spectrum of the LEDs could do good things.

Those are really great harvest numbers ...
I still have yet to hit a pound off one grow.....
Yet since the year has began i got about 21 oz ...
Not bad ...but it took 4 grows to get that...under the 4oo.

Here you go Lordjin. After that one issue of my buds smelling like grass for a minute, before I laid it out for a day. Now the buds are beginning to take on their danky smell finally. I like to stick my nose in the mason jars every morning, making sure that none of the smell escapes my nose. The LA CON has a woody, hashy, pine like smell to it, and the OG Herojuana, has a mixture of OG kush and a fruity sativa smell. The smoke has always been smooth since I dried it so that has never been an issue. As the days go by and I smoke the goods more and more, I can tell that the buds are getting stronger every 2 days. Im pretty happy with the end results, and pics can't really give you the full effect of how yummy the buds are turning out.

Well I think you get high marks on appearance. That stuff has the look that vends easily to shops.

Im glad your joining the LED family Harrekin! Maybe eventually you will go 100% LED one day!

How many plants are you growing at a time? I think its more about Quality over Quantity, if you have both then you are lucky! I know you grow dank buds though cheezy!

Maybe, but I have the HIDs all setup and they run cool in their cooltubes so I figure I'll probably always use them, just with the LEDs I can add to them, you can never have too much light ;)

I'm out of smoke and your pictures are a serious tease, damn you man, damn you! Wish they'd invent some kind of teleportation device.

Ya your right, if your already setup there is no point unless you sell your equipment! =) I sold all my stuff and now im stuck growing LED for now on. I am happy with them, especially when I broke a pound this grow. I have no complaints! If I was growing commercially...I would have to evaluate the cost effectiveness for the initial investment, etc. But all in all, I am very happy with my ninja LED grows. Low maintenance and it does a great job! Your out eh? You need to start growing more plants and stack those buds! I remember back in the day (before 2004) when I was dry and I would have to call every single hookup in the city panicking cuz I needed my buds! Those days are long gone for me now, and I refuse to goto the dispensary besides buying clones. I really wanna be self sufficient and not have to rely on anyone for my meds! My plan is to be sitting on 2-3 pounds of different strains of buds in my medical cabinet. I am biased because in LA, all we smoke is KUSH. So all I have been growing is Kush. After buying my last set of seeds, I saw so many interesting strains that I would love to grow. And by the time I grow all of them, it may take a lifetime! Im trying to expand my horizons and not only grow 100% indica or predominately indica. But all my friends and I love that couch lock fucked up feeling. I think even my next grow I will let my plants grow longer till there are more amber trichs.. I can send you some! lol

I vegged these plants too long that's why I'm out, Iv separate veg and bloom tents now tho so in a few weeks I'll never be out anymore. Problem is my close friends tend to twist my arm into "casually selling" an ounce here and an ounce there to them and I never keep enough to last myself. I don't think of it as dealing, it's more getting the money to upgrade and cover costs I think.

Ya same here! Damn moochers! Do you sell them at discounted prices? I always hook them up with half the price at a dispensary. But I'm about to tell everyone tough shit! Their too lazy to drag their ass to the club, so they bug me!

It's a little cheaper than street prices, but you don't understand the seriously low quality in this country man. Plus I know they sell on a bit themselves so I ain't giving it to them that cheap ;) It averages €350 (roughly $400) for 28 grams (which you rarely even get the full amount) of low quality, partially wet, usually sprayed stem filly rubbish. Mine is cheaper, no stem, fully dried and cured AK48.

Anyways this isn't about me, lol, my original point was nice buds man! ;)
