504W LED Aeroponics Bloom

how long were the plant's vegged before flowering and were they clones or from seed? Also how many plant's were grown and what was the final weight? Thanks
 
So the Strawberry Cough plant got cut recently, and she is huge! She'll be lucky if she's under a pound once dried, and she's under 2.5' tall. The other two plants in the system were also cut, although prematurely, to make room for the next set of plants that she will be doing Scrog.

All plants were clones, and underwent 4-5 weeks of veg time. There were 4 plants in the system, although it could have held several more for the amount of lights and space there was. The final weight on the AK47 was 7.5 ounces, and the SC will come out to a pound or more, as it's currently drying.
 
thanks, one more question do you think it would be realistic or effective to modify your led set up to a stadium style vertical grow like this?

Or due to the nature of the leds having to be close would one be confined to flat growing? I'm going to go LED and am trying to narrow down if I can remain vertical or will have to sacrifice my stadium stlye gtows after switching to LED. So far I think I will purchase from you given the results so your input is appreciated
 
LED's are very versatile in their hanging ability. You could continue doing that style of a grow, but you would need lights back to back, in order to get light to both sides. You can arrange the lights vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, whatever suits your individual grow. The most efficient way of using them though, would probably be Scrog.
 
How many SC did you grow and were they under LED? If the results you are producing are consistent your on to something girl

That was a single Strawberry Cough plant. There was only 1 of them. It's the highest yielder I've got, but my friend is the one who did this grow...
 
nice grow, im a LED believe, do you think those 90w ufo work. how much did you pay, if you dont mind me askin, for your led setup

No, I don't think they work well. I haven't seen a single UFO on the market that contains all of the nm at the proper wavelengths for marijuana. Nor have I seen any that incorporate a 60 degree LED, which is needed for penetration. LED's grow lights are fairly complex in what is truly needed to produce good results with plants. That is why most companies haven't figured out the design changes necessary, and all of the proper ratios of colors, to create a light capable of full flowering.

My friend got special pricing on her units, which I won't divulge. She was one of the first people to believe in me and my light, and allow me to document her progress. The retail on 5, 126W lights is $2000.
 
Hey LEDGirl, and word on the Ed grow? Those were some impressive results your friend got. Started saving my money for that 126w model. I figured I could start with one but my cab is deep enough that I could actually fit two of them in the cab side by side.

Then I would use two when you get the chance :mrgreen: More light gives you more opportunity to produce higher yields. As far as Ed goes, I believe I'm about a week now from receiving an update from him.
 
A single 126W light supplies light to a 2' x 3' area. I have it over a small aeroponics unit, which works just fine. If you were doing a large aero table, it wouldn't be enough.
