Yah it's coming for sure. Going to get most of it done tomorrow. I have 4 of those table umbrellas I can use for emergency or until I get a solid cover on them. Putting the plastic up with no help is going to be fun.
 
No help showed up today. So this is what I cam up with. The carport was just a toss over I need help to do that right. Got my plastic up in the corner and used some of those umbrellas. I can remove them when not raining. Got done just in time for the rain. Lots of work for one person. Not going to be so nice this year giving out buds. Can't show up to help then you do not need any free smoke.

i'd offer to help ya for free, but i'm kinda stuck here. i know how shitty it is to do a huge roof solo, just had to do one myself.
 
I hear ya. If I had some help it would be much cleaner. Like I said the carport was just a toss over for now. Tuesday father in law is going to help me fix that right. I just used some fence post and pounded them into the ground. Then put the carport top on them. I did not need the tall carport this year. IDK I may leave it like this for I can remover easy for nice days. Hmmm. LOL funny how things work out. But being I got 3 to 4 weeks I better lock it down while I can. One storm and it will be the yard next door.

I got about a week on that mendo purps Buck. Thats really fast for Portland. What's the fastest you have grown and when did it finish?

this year, my pineapple express looks to be the quickest. last year, no clear winner. in 2011, rainwreck (trainreck x afgooey) finished pretty damn quick.

i want to put a barney's farm LSD out there, i have noticed they finish really quick outside when i've had them in 5 gallon buckets.
 
Note to self for future reference.

First signs of PM today. Also found two 1.5" caterpillars today. Spent 30 min looking and saw no more. Both pillers on the Mendo.

All PK and the Mendo has slight PM. All other strains are fine.
 
last year we had bright sunshine, high temps, and a mere 11% humidity well into october.

this year, not so much. summer is going out with a whimper and some drizzle.
 
Its an organic fungicide. Active ingredient- streptomyces lydicus. Its a powder that you foliar and is safe in flower. Prevents/controls most molds. Its sold online and at most grow stores. Ive used most pm remedies and its by far the best!
 
Actinovate SP (EPA Reg. No. 73314-1) is a soluble powder biological fungicide for the control of root rot and damping-off fungi. The active ingredient in Actinovate SP colonizes the root system and protects it from harmful fungi. Actinovate SP can also suppress foliar diseases such as Powdery Mildew, Botrytis and Downy Mildew. The product is labeled for use in greenhouses and nurseries, for application to turf, as a dip for cuttings or bare rooted transplants, and as a soak for ornamental bulb crops.

Do you water it in or spray? Both?

Just follow instructions I take it?
 

  • Once a year I go buy fresh cow manure from a farmer. I spread the manure in my three flower beds in my front yard. I then pile some in a wheelbarrow and leave on side of house. I leave the rest in the trailer on the other side of the house. I also give some to the guy next door. Then each year I go around to each neighbor and ask if the want some free manure for there beds. I just say I bought way to much again. If the take some it spreads the manure smell even more. If the say no it still lets them know where the smell is coming from.

    You want fresh manure not composted manure. After harvest dump the rest in your garden and till in.

    This is the only solid way I have been able to mask large backyard grows. Just give the wheelbarrow and trailer a stir every day. People walking by just smell the manure in my flower beds right by the street.

    Manure is cheap at the farm. I think you can buy it in bags but not sure on fresh. The bags may be composted. I only used fresh and it's ripe. In my case I only need to worry about people walking by. I only have two neighbors and nobody behind me.​
