Yeah my roof in grow room is 6'5 so thats why i went with bar lights.

What kind of lights are “strips”?

From my understanding that is how to get a good harvest when using QB/Strips

But COB’s differ from mid-power diode style lights like board and strips in many ways, chief among them are that COBs provide better canopy penetration while mid-Power diodes provide more even canopy coverage at low operating heights.

Strips are LEDs spaced linearly
Cobs are all packed together

That's my explanation at least
