60 days into flower are these ready

The light is the big thing. That light is only actually pulling a few hundred watts, not 1000w. For that space you want more light to be able to give them what they need.

I have 600w phizon led as well. Would you recommend using both of these in the same space.
Any thoughts on the over crowding or the fact that I had about 25 bud sites per plant.

The amount of bud sites won't usually drastically effect yield if you have the right conditions for the plants to grow. Usually you just get smaller buds with more bud sites in situations with limiting factors like light or space.

They definitely could have been a bit crowded trying to keep them all under the one light. Using a second light to cover your area better would certainly help with that too.
