Picture 2 shows a plant that clearly needs more time since it’s covered in white pistils. Picture 3 appears to be a more mature plant that may only need another week or two. If they are the same plant then it’s not maturing evenly and may need a split harvest. If it’s not the same plant then.....

The buds in picture 3 appear to be in the swelling portion of the flowering phase. They are internally adding more density and should begin to make the stems bend with increased weight. The bracts (calyxs) should swell up and appear fatter soon. After Tahoe’s things happen you can check the trichomes and start to determine you harvest time.

Pics are of only 2 plants. I have some failed ones in the tent. Poor genetics I guess. I'm learning. The 2nd pic is white northern lights. The other cement shoes. The pic of 2 buds next to each other is one of each.

Also to mention the white northern lights was supposed to have a shorter flowering time

Well going to go with my gut I guess. The cement shoes probably should come down soon. In my years of buying good bud I was always disappointed when I seen brown sugar leaves in a bud and it did change the taste for me anyway. I think maybe give her till the yellow bears the bud. Maybe 3-4 days

The buds are still doing their thing getting denser. Like bob ross would say
“No pressure. Just relax and watch it happen.”

I’m with you I do photography. i also see most all growers as artist too we sculpt a plant and give it shape. We bend it form it to our will. we bring it to life and show itself in so many ways color, smell, texture so much to working with all aspect so again bob ross is right in saying
“I think there’s an artist hidden at the bottom of every single one of us.”
lol I can do bob ross quotes for days.

Awesome I dig it! I too am like that. This unfortunate timing sucks. I'd love to see them flourish! I'd actually love to paint a portrait of them! But yeah just seems this thread went dead. I'm new trying to learn and once I learn the drying and curing part I'll probably never ask advice on here again. Have to get a start somewhere! Unfortunately this thread became personal to others. Just trying to learn man.

Don’t get discouraged about the thread man, this one hasn’t been that bad. I’ve seen some real thread explosions over the years.

Your plants are looking great and definitely are making progress based on when this thread started. I would say they are in that swelling period, and that you are close to the harvest window. When is your vacation again? And how long are you gone for?

A lot of the threads do It’s all good it’s fun and half Assed informative. You’ll be back That much I’m sure there will always be issue that come up. It’s some people like to argue and clearly have piss poor plants and give terrible advice or just they're just ill informed and don’t like criticism is all. Old lightgreen is one of those. He spouts off nonsense and cant back up his claims with even a half way decent looking plant. There’s others out there that are simply not willing to take advice and further themselves and rather keep their idea that they’re the shit. I’ve grown a ton of plants and I do on a daily basis. I have guys tell me how much they like my clones, my bud and all sorts of stuff but I always see room for improvement on my stuff I’m my own worst critic. I always strive to push myself to do better then the last grow. the difference is myself and others on here can show nicely grown plants and show you a clear path to success in growing and help push yourself to do better. I’m competitive my buddies and I all use each other to make our grows better. I’m consult for others and I always Learn something everyday. When it get to the point I can’t learn anything about something that’ll be the day I die and I bet I’ll learn something new then when I become one with the universe realize how small we all really compared to the cosmos.
