hey guys, hopefully it isn't to late to register. I'm game this round.
Still got more than 5 hours!
Yeah but they will have to go through the manufacturer, then Paul from XD, then to me, then to you.... A certain amount of wait time and trust will be involved, as they will have to be paid for a couple months in advance.... I can provide an ebay listing or my pay pal info or what ever you like... maybe set up a "kickstarter"? Let me know what I should do to set up "pre pay" service... I have to "sell" 3-4 more before I have the case sold.... Then its gathering money and getting it to XD.... So that everyone is aware, ordering ONE from XD at this point would cost you about $125 after shipping... They are double in size/wattage of all the other "screw-in Inductions" that are currently available online. Going through me will get you a 60 watt screw in induction for roughly $50-$60 (shipping to be determined, will not exceed $10), basically 50% off to be a "tester".... Its a 10 year life bulb that BARELY degrades in output after 5-7 years.... They work for all stages of growth even clones and seedlings, My Inda-Gro 420 is my "veg" light. I have tops of plants 2-3 inches from the bulb with no burning.... Inductions put out in lumens, roughly double the wattage in HID equivalent (60 watt Induction = ~125 watt HPS).... They run at about 1/3 the heat of their HID counter part, and use about 1/2 the power.... With a little reverse engineering, I'm assured that the screw-in ballast can be "remotely mounted" to extend the life....
I'm done blabbing....
@The Gator is looking towards "micro" growers solutions, I am too.... IMHO, LED and Induction are the way of the future, if used appropriately together, I believe that they could EASILY out yield HID in a smaller area any day! PM me or post here if you're interested, have ideas, or questions!
