I have a feeling he has his talking points a bit mixed up. No way that's how Bernie is presenting it. If it is, then...wow.We have ourselves the first ever Bernie Sanders isolationist.

That's still a kick ass stat, and here's why; if you want to provide x electrical generation capacity, you need to be able to produce x amount of power. If x is the peak power of the system, that means the other 99% of the time, you going to have excess capacity, doing nothing but costing money.Yeah..I'm all hashed out ..that came out all wrong.. It was more like Solar in Texas cuts the peak by 55% or something.
Damn straight. Anything that leaks shit that can kill people for thousands of years needs to be put far, far away and never used on the surface where humans live again. It's a dire mistake on earth.Nuclear is no good... I'm against nuclear everything.
Chernobyl or The Japanese plant should scare the hell out of anyone.
would you put a reactor in orbit?Damn straight. Anything that leaks shit that can kill prior for thousands of years needs to be put far, far away and never used on the surface where humans live again. It's a dire mistake on earth.
In space is another story entirely; the void is bathed in radiation of all kinds constantly. Nuclear power on spacecraft makes lots of good sense.
Dude, read the fuckin' beer bottle in your hand; 'New Belgium Brewery, Wind Powered, Employee Owned'.Really that is easy to do. I personally don't auto log in.
Yeah, ok, so when can I plant one in my backyard and run my house on it? 20-50 years from now? Ok great, so for the next 20-50 years it sucks.
A high, stable one, sure. There are plenty up there already, in fact.would you put a reactor in orbit?
thank you, david koch. It's been changing non stop for 4 billion years
june 4th.I'm putting out there right here in print for all to see. You are lying, you are making shit up for some strange reason and I'm not going to sit here and just let this one slide.
Put up or shut up. This is what I would consider calling your lying ass out in a public forum. What can you do about it? Prove me wrong would work wouldn't it.
june 5th.Ignored member brings this shit on himself.
LOL!I'm not ignoring you right now.
54-40, romney wins!Your IQ couldn't carry my IQ's jockstrap, goldilocks.
were you aware that the government will actually give you money for energy efficient appliances, windows, and the like?come up with something that doesn't involve other people's money
why are you so biyter about obama's DOJ having a better record of success with their investments than bain capital?I'm not a fan of picking companies to dump research money into based on campaign contributions though.
I got grants to install solar panels on my laundromats. Damn government saving me loads of money with the heating of hot water. Thanks Obamawere you aware that the government will actually give you money for energy efficient appliances, windows, and the like?
so much for your retarded persecution theory that this will come out of your pocket somehow, idiot.
every window we install, we peel off the energystar sticker and give it to the homeowner for safe keeping because it saves them tons of money on taxes.I got grants to install solar panels on my laundromats. Damn government saving me loads of money with the heating of hot water. Thanks Obama
If we can find a way to recycle nuclear waste then it's worth it. I'm with you though, those leaky nuclear reactors need to be shut down. Personally we should probably be more concerned with what's at the CDC might leak out, holy shit at that apocalypse. Or... do we trust the CDC to not let things leak out? Is that even possible?Damn straight. Anything that leaks shit that can kill people for thousands of years needs to be put far, far away and never used on the surface where humans live again. It's a dire mistake on earth.

Another solution to an energy independent earth is a better battery. If we had the capability of driving cross country without a charge, we solve so many other problems as well. We also create a giant one though. Imagine what a weapon that could be built from that type of power.

Inb4:
Solar panels and magic electric cars (that use coal produced electricity).
