But like I said you're gonna have a heat problem in a closet with hid's. It's gonna cost a lot with ventilation and air conditioning. I would recommend hid's for flowering if you can do it. There's another video with Harley Smith where he outlines perfect lighting. Look into dual arc, for last week of veg then switching to hps, if you're gonna go hid. But I really think you should stick with t5's for now.

First box for twigs, clones and vegging in my grow is 6'X6'X2' with 4foot LED tubes and a fan. ($130) The budding box is 6'X6'X2' also. My LEDs are no name bargain deals from China. No MARSHYDRO on a disability unfortunately. One 300w was $150, the second 300w was $100 and the last 210w was $54. It's fan was $40 for airflow and an online 4" with carbon filter $30. The rest is soil, clone, organic fertilizer and timers. I built these out of 2X4s and that 1 inch foam junk you put on the exterior of a home. (Mylar soon)
That would depend on if they smoke it or turning into oil.
I can't remember the name of the stuff but the local hydro store carries a roll of some white paper stuff that's a hell of a lot more reflective than mylar. He moved the roll towards an led he had on and the reflection was like a pro photog just flashed me.

I live in Indiana where It has to be a stealth grow but I want to sell to a few other friends that's why I want to do micro or sog and have 2 flower rooms I want two pounds every 2 weeks is it possible on $1000 bucks even if I have to do bag seed for the first grow

I don't think you realize how much work 2 lbs every 2 weeks would be.
Stick to 2 1000w hid lights. And spend the rest on fans and medium and cheap GH nutes. Because you'll need a lotta fans

Its possible just need to research and find the deals cant just go to the local hydro store with a shopping list. Also you don't need two rooms just multiple lights and you may only be working with a 4x4 area and a single light your first cycle then use the proceeds to get another 4x4 going and so on. If you manage to fill out an 8x8 & 2x10 with $1,000 the quality of your equipment may be so low you could run into problems low yeilds from improper lighting, malfunctions pumps going out, lights overheating and possibly causing a fire etc.

Yes, but a lot of that infrastructure should be on the cheap except the lights. Spend as much as you can on LED lights because they produce far less heat.

When I switched to LEDs the heat lowered on it's own which lowered the humidity. The bugs left. No need for extra fans with LEDs saving $.

Well isn't 1000ws enough for one 10x10x3.5 room and the other 1000w for the other 10x10x3.5 and a 4 tf for the mothers

This dude wants to spend $800 total! No way he will find quality leds to cover what he wants. He's optimistically hoping for 2lbs every 2 weeks. So for price range his only options are used hid lights. So he will have to deal with the heat.

A 1k will do a 5'x5' area. Most use them for 4x4 tho.
Is that 10'wide and 3.5' deep and 10' high...... off grow area. How are you gonna move around in there to get to back plants????
You'll wanna use 600 or 400w lights. Also if you're lucky you'll pull 20oz out of each 10'x3.5' area

It's 10f from the front to back and 10f from side to side and 7 f tall and I want to cut the height in half and do 2 3.5 rooms and a mother room out of the 2 x 10 x 7
