I tied some up but not all of them. I fed tonight with some cha-ching.

I noticed some of my plants have leaves that are looking really pale and starved.

I hope they can go another 4 weeks without getting to light green.

Some are darker then others, so i'll be taking notes to see if greener plants harvest bigger buds.

the leaves will turn yellow near the end of flower because they are running out of N. Its common.
i understand that but you usually want enough N to get you the flush and leaves start yellowing. I still have two more weeks of feeding before my two week long flush.

The thing with adding N is that you really only want to do it during the first 1/2 of flowering. After that, what's done is done.

I wouldn't add N @ week 5 or later. but I'm a huge proponent of adding N in weeks 3 and 4 (for some feeding schedules, this varies by strain and nutrient plan).

If they start going yellow this late, I just make a note that when I used this feeding schedule with this strain we came up light on N too early in flower and NEXT time I will either try flowering nutes that contain more N or adding some N early on in flowering.

just try it on a few plants bterz not on all of em, its really just personal preference man, u can still add N if u want, just no where near the ammount u would use for vegging, i mean look at my nugs man it definetly doesnt hurt!

Greener leaves definitely means bigger buds, but the work needed to be done earlier. I like the idea of trying it on a few, but aren't you almost 40 days in now? So you are going to start flushing in what a week, week and a half?

I just don't think you'll see much improvement, you might stave it off a little bit, but this late in flower I'd bet it does more harm than good. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer in the UB way of growing and in supplying a proper balance to the plants, but this late into yours, I wouldn't worry about it this time.

alot of those big bloom enhancers that I know you were talking about using, but didn't follow up on, like Big Bud and Overdrive will lead to N deficiency at the end. That's why AN's SensiBloom A&B have higher levels of N than a lot of other "flowering nutes".

yeah once the leaves start turning yellow its that time. The only time you want your leaves turning yellow. The plants wont grow really too much during the flush, just washing out all the chems.

My ladies were literally filled to the MAX on the nitrogen before the flip.

I didnt feed them ANY nitrogen throughout flowering except ONE feeding of 2 tsp/gallon. (Full strength).

Today is 4/20. Day 41. Some of them have more nitrogen then others, as some are yellowing more then others. I plan to flush for 1.5 weeks to 2. I hope to go a minimum of 70 days. 70-14 so I'm going to start flushing in two weeks. Maybe a little more. I want to get some good feedings of Overdrive before I begin my flush.

Today I felt a nug and they're starting to densen up. Hopefully they pack on more weight. We'll see.

Thanks for your input everyone.
