Pretty harsh bro, he was just trying to reassure him. There's better ways of correcting someone.

Besides it's pretty ironic you call someone an idiot when you don't even know the difference between "your" and you're"
I was not calling him an idiot for his use of grammar dumb ass. He is an idiot for saying they are doing fine when they obviously need attention. If no one else would have posted the OP could have ignored the problem due to that user's post.

I am watering the soil every other day. I am also misting the leaves daily. I cant control the heat of the closet very well and I am finding that misting the leaves can help cool it off.
Dont water every other day.
Let the soil dry out, encourages root development.
Dont mist the leaves, water acts as a magnifying glass on leaf surface.
Water droplets from mist also run down the main stem eventually, adding to the already over saturated anaerobic soil
If your room is hot, and you want your plants to grow more quickly, use a humidity dome.
Don't mist the plant directly, just the dome, this will help the plan retain water more easily, so you can stop overwatering the soil. Water every 3-5 days.

Yea man, I don't like hearing "Every other day" lol. no reason to schedule when it comes to watering. Water it when it needs it, it will uptake nutes more efficiently. that soil is so heavy, it stays wet for up to 5 days. no need to give a drowning man water. Also, what kind of temps are you seeing? if it isn't above 85, they will do fine Maybe get a fan on them?. no need to give a drowning man water.

Kiokrassi: Even if the ph is exactly 7, the plant will grow just fine in it. and that soil always read as around 6.5 for me. I don't think this is a ph problem. and that soil has enough organic compost / nutes in it to get it through veg.

What this looks like, is a plant that is too wet to obsorb nutes. Ph problems would have shown big brown spots/rust by now, and the leaves would have all fallen off of those things lol.

Dude, WTF. 5.8-6.0 is way too low. That is like, hydro dude People need to stop spreading misinformation around lol.

You said you are using Distilled water with no nutes? if you are using Distilled water and not giving them nutes... thats probably the problem. I also think you are over watering. in all of your pictures, your plants are SOAKED. they are way too wet, even if you just watered them.

lay off the water and let them dry out. May have to wait as long as a week if the roots are really damaged.
thats fine, well give us all the answer then, "BUT THOSE NUMBERS SHOULD BE CORRECT OR REALY CLOSE,(REALLY CLOSE)"

Ok I will change my water cycle. and YES I have a small fan that is fine for their size atm. How often should I leave my fan on? I have it set up to turn on when the lights are on through my timer. Should I keep it on longer? or less?

My plants were a bit bigger at week 3 bro, You should follow everyones advice and ease up on the watering & the nutes. Im not using any nutes & i water about every 3 days or when the pot got too light. Check my pics out for a week by week comparison

Ph between 6.2 and 7 will usually be just fine, but 6.3 to 6.6 is probably an ideal range. but as long as your ph isn't so low or high that it locks out nutes, you will be fine. But 5.8 to 6 would cause more deficency's than it already has =P
All I was saying was. don't say anything you are not sure of. you don't want to tell somone to do something that could ruin there grow.

Any mjensen, you can run the fan all the time. Not running it at night is okay, but you will see more results when it is on 24/7. it is good to run it 24/7 when you flower, it can help prevent bud rot.

The hydro shop charges $90 for a new HPS 150W
The one I got was like new and only been used for one harvest

did watering less help man? I can tell the soil is dryer, but the hps makes everything orange haha.
Yeah i only watered them twice this week.
One of them is almost completely green and looking good.
The other one still looks unhealthy but i hope will recover soon.

that's much better man. they can take a week or two to recover, but they make up for the lost growth quickly. Little things will take off in a couple days! Over watering is a common problem people make, so don't sweat it. I've seen people get a few ounces off of plants they almost killed.

keep us updated!
