Is there life out there, yes.
Is there sentient life out there, quite plausible.
Is there a species which has mastered the physics of the universe in which they can bend the laws and allow them to travel vast distances in a short time, only to end up here and hangout with a species barely out of it's amino acid stage, possible but highly unlikely.

They use shrink rays and shrink themselves down into the size of an atom, and then use their tiny atom-sized space ships to spy on us for entertainment. They can control your thought and actions to cause more shenanigans. It's an elaborate video game and we are the main characters.
