Yes Lime, thanks for summarizing the whole point of this thread in a single post . I'm so excited as my initial testing on this Aerolife rig shows it might be the first viable commercial Air Atomising true aero system around since the Atomix went out of business. (Don't expect anyone to know what the hell I'm talking about) lol- but in lamen's terms- I might have some extreme root porn to post soon- wish me luck! P.s. a guy who was able to get the most out of the aforementioned Atomix unit was able to achieve 1.75g/watt (the most I've ever heard of anyone achieving). Wahoo- I feel like a kid again on xmas morning!!!

hello all im going into my 3rd grow today all my seeds have grown and ready for my setup im gonna do scrog this time and was wundering how far do i set the screen ive got a 1.4mx2.4x2m tall and running 2x600 watt lights in hydro and all the plants are med or short growers any info what be a huge help thanks

you can raise the screen to wherever you want , but a foot or so is about right. bend an tie till the plant fills the screen and your ready to flower.

tricky , i have skipped over reading about your method , simply because its something i am not interested in. BUT. 1.75 g's is very impressive, an as you said thats the most i ever heard of , so keep me filled in, i'll try my best to figure out what you are doing to the babies with the misters an whatnots.Yes Lime, thanks for summarizing the whole point of this thread in a single post

well, basically I am just using special nozzles with an air compressor that mix the air/nutes internally and "atomize" the mist. It's similar to growing in ultraonic fog except the mist is slightly larger droplets and instead of killing plants seems to be the most efficient way to grow them. It's actually really fun for me, and has some great benefits like being failsafe in case of electrical outages and uses very little water/nutes (around 90% less than traditional hydro). I wouldn't dream of using any other method longterm because this is just the perfect style for me and my tecchy side- lol... Not to mention it's always so damn cool to see a few inches of growth day after day, and the internodes are completely stacked with very little stretch. Of course we all think our method is "best" and these are just my opinions...Check out how little stretch there is here:
