well, i said i believe the families of the victims should be allowed to kill the killers in the manner the victim was killed. what makes them better? alot. they are not going to just decide they want to feel what it likes to kill someone or that they want someones money and beat them to death or they want to rape and torture and kill someone, they would be returning the killers actions full circle. no one made these killers kill, they made the choice to be merciless and heartless and ignore the fact this person is a person too and has feelings and a family and friends who will be destroyed by the killers actions. imagine if it was your family someone did those types of things to, how would you feel? i bet you'd be screaming no mercy too. in a way it would be the killer themself that determined how bad their death is.
forced sterilization-eh, violent rapists deserve no less. even once is too many times imo. others would probably be best to decide on a case by case basis.

Omg omg omg. Kuroi...saying that you are unable to control your urges does not make it OK for you to have sex with someone who isn't willing to participate. And it's certainly not a good excuse to say you didn't hear them say no! What we need here is some type of emergency kickboxing training course for you to take...

OK! Soooo tired of being compared to Hitler here. There is a huge difference between forcefully sterilizing someone like this murdering psychotic girl, and sterilizing all the Jews just because they're Jewish.

forcefull sterilization is a very slippery slope. you might start with the best of intentions but who knows where it will end.

I never said it was ok but I can understand. The point I was trying to make is I'm trying to say I'm not completely biased. Alot of people are using the 'what if it happened to you, how would you feel?' route of logic. I said I feel for the girl because of her background and mental state rather than describing sick and twisted ways of destroyer her like some here. Then I said I agreed with sterilization for rapists etc. That's a controversial issue that people think is inhumane... And it is. All living things have a right to reproduce, but It seem wrong to say 'yeah well, sometimes they can be revoked.' Those attacks have permanently affected my psyche, my interpersonal relationships, self image, sent me spiraling into super-depression and suicide attempts BUT, that does not mean I'm baying for their blood. Being a victim does not give me the right to wish ill upon someone else. And I thought about the fact those men could still have families. Maybe they've never done this sort of thing before. Maybe it was because they were drunk and didn't know the impact of what they were doing? Fuck, but I know there are still people who think I'm a biased Nazi because I said save the girl and chop off rapists' balls. *sigh*

And yeah, i did karate, both parents are proficient at kickboxing but that's besides the point. Couldn't speak, let alone fight.

your analogy is silly. there is obviously a big difference between you eating and state ordered sterilization. who's to say which criminals should be sterilized and which should not.
