It's been an hour, no changes that i can see.If the plant didnt wilt immediately, it'll probably be ok.
The root was attached to one of the drainage holes, when I pulled it out it ripped.Er...how.did.you.do.that.

I've been growing plants of all kinds for decades. Very few are going to be harmed by a loss of a few roots under normal conditions.Great response to my concern! Thanks for taking the time to response!! I don't have a green thumb with anything, but I am learning.
