i did not read every single post, but i'm pretty sure what happened
first, let me say that experience sounds pretty bad-ass, but it just freaked you out because you have never experienced it
next, it DEFINATELY was not just weed...there had to be someting else in it like others mentioned. pcp, salvia, shrooms, etc.
finally, i'm almost 100% positive you had a panic attack and they have been reoccuring...during panic attacks you literally think and feel like you are dying and it IS pretty damn scary especially if you have never experienced it before. this will take a little work, but you will recover fully. you have to know that panic attacks are all in your head and you can start controlling them as soon as you realize that it is just in your head and you really not going to die...i'm being freaking serious here. people that have never experienced this will never understand the feeling unless they go thru it themselves. you can try to describe it over and over to people and they just don't get it.
i swear to you that once you realize that you are in control and you will not be hurt or die, you will begin to be able to control this when it happens to you. it will happen more times, but the sooner you control it, the sooner they will completely go away.
you don't need to use drugs to calm yourself, but if you need extra help, xanax will help.
