What is structure other than what it is made of?
Do you not identify that structure by its composition? As in buildings as Brick, Cemet, Wood, Rubber, White, black,
Culture provides a certain edge to what we are made of. Culture defines what we know. And Culture is defined by those around you.
Structure is much more complex than that. A house is made of various materials, but what matters is what is INSIDE the house. Otherwise all you have is a structure, and nothing of substance. Culture defines nothing. Culture can be destroyed and manipulated as people see fit. Ie. Christian Missonaries Ie. The crusades. Ie. The holocaust. Ie. Slavery. Ie. the "War on Terror".

All of this mentioned products of culture are generational; or reliant on the times. Time is such a massive concept to grasp.
