Half a teaspoon per gallon, every other watering. It's idiot proof.

The main thing ya gotta remember is alternate ..feed then water..then feed..then water til ya harvest..the salts dont build up with alternating everytime.

i thought you were growing organic?
why would you use organic soil and then give it chemical nutes? Or am i wrong and jacks is organic? The whole 20-20-20 makes me think those are salt based Nutes.
my opinion would be do what budzzilla says with ffof then you keep your organic organisms in tact. You should also use the veg Nutes in stead of the bloom nutes while in veg and first two weeks of flowe.
if you were going to use a chem fertilizer you should have used coco or promix to plant in, not an organic soil
but hey that's just my 2 cents

I could be wrong but im thinking it's light burn. Im in a 2x2x4 tent because I don't have the space for bigger and this yellowing started happening around the time someone on this forum told me to turn on my bloom light at the same time as my veg. I had it about 17" from the top canopy and it seems that's where the yellowing is happening and its turned all the stems purple. I lifted it to the maximum height I can get it which is roughly 24", turned off the bloom light, im going to give it another day or 2 before the soil drys some more because I don't want to drown them, and then give them their next 2 watering without nutes because some (not all) of the tips are beginning to brown. Ill see if the combination of all this will help the leaves over the next few days.

Also the outer ridges of the leaves are curling upward now that are yellowing so thats what also makes me think its the light causing a lot of these problems. New Mars hydro arrives Monday and can do away with this blurple light.

the soil and big bloom are.
not exactly sure why fox farms sells a liquid fertilizer three pack that has only one organic fertilizer in it, pretty weird, never used fox farm other than a couple bags of ffof and ffhp. Wasn't that impressed, it worked, just like gaia green better, and I've never used anything else from them.
just assumed the three pack they tell you to use with their organic soil would be organic

Like Corso312 said all I use is JACKS 20/20/20 and JACKS 10/30/20 in promix soil. I don't have to
but I throw in a little Molasses and Alaskan Fish fert every now and then Just for giggles and
because i'm bored LOL. Have good yields and no worries!!!

Hey man did you say you only have 24 inches from canopy to your light with it at
maximum height???

Yeah  I dont have the space for a bigger tent. The 3gal pot with the plant in it takes up a good 10 to 12in and the light its self is probably 3 or 4 inches thick so that alone takes up almost a foot and a half of the 48" ive got. I raised the light as high as possible and its around 24in from the canopy. I went ahead last night and started lst to try to extended the length from the light a couple more inches.

I'm actually trying to figure out how I can bring the light up a bit higher because I have those ratchet strings and looping the carribeaner to the string also takes up another inch or 2. Thinking of trying to find some metal rings or something to put around the top support poles to raise it up another few inches. And I know its not a lot of room for veg, my thought process was once it gets to flowering the plant can handle lower light and with proper lst I could manage it but 48" really isn't much room lol.

You might want to think about going to a 12/12 light scenario those plants are gonna get
at least 4ft tall... They really need to veg more but your not gonna have enough room!!

Shiitt, even transplanting them less than a week ago you think switching them already would be good? Wouldn't the yield be basically nothing?

I ended up starting lst, raising the light to maximum height, and turning off the bloom light and already they look better. I think it was just too much heat and light all at once.
