Anybody still use maxibloom these days?

Yeah I'm definitely familiar with Lucas formula been trying to get to the 8 ml of bloom for a long time but haven't gotten close

Yield is totally strain dependant. Some strains just don't yield.

i don't run at full strength lucas either. i don't go much above 1.2EC
one reason i don't go full is i'm at almost 9000 ft and things dont' grow as fast as at lower elevations.
what is your light? in how big a space? if you are running "weak" (not 1k or 600hps), you also would not run at full strength either

I can't get to 8ml/16ml with gh flora. The ratio of npk it what the formulas are for.

don't worry, i've read alot of really excellent growers stay around 1.2 for the whole grow. google heath robinson tree grows. he never goes above 1.2
I'm gonna jump the ec to 1.3 or 1.4 tonight.

Been using maxi for about 5 years. I read that thread and have to say,no freakin way. I use it 900 ppm@ .5 scale max. I mixed 1 bucket at 7gr. and the ppm was off the charts.was almost 3000 ppm. In veg about 1/4 teaspoon/gal with the little green spoon gets me around 300 ppm. I use it 50/50 r.o. and tap(gassed out) and get great results. you can adjust for what your plants need. around the 3rd week of bloom I add sonic bloom @ 1/2 teaspoon /gal. If you use straight r.o or distilled,also a lot of spring water from store is r.o. you will need cal & magnesium suppliment. This is what I use.

No. But they should not get worse. Nitrogen is a mobile nute. Once it is not in the leaf, it's gone. They won't get darker but new growth will be darker.

If you can work everything out it shouldn't be that bad. If you can get them what they want you should be good.
Anybody got an addictive they want to suggest?
Z-7 is suppose to help with uptake, says it has citrus acid

Fulvic acid
Vitiams
You can get away with lower ec if you can make the nutes more available to the roots.

Your plant wants more nitrogen in relation to phosphorus and potassium. Try using Maxigro and maxibloom 50/50.
Unless your EC is constantly dropping, don't listen to the poeple telling you to use more nutrients. Your EC is fine, it's just the wrong ratio for your plants at that time.
Start flowering with maxigrow first two weeks, 50/50 mix of the two for the next two to three weeks then finish with 100% maxibloom.

I was say the ratio of npk is off.

Yea. Our plants use a huge amount of nitrogen during the stretch. IMO more than any other point of the plants life. The fun part is every plant is different. So what works for one may not work for the next. Learn how to read your plants and have a solution for what's going wrong, then you'll be on the road to success.
So would I be able to use this dark energy since it's straight nitrogen? I have a bottle laying around. And don't up the ec to 1.3-1.4ec or should i?
