No, I do not own any guns currently...I am not a gun enthusiast....I am no gun expert..never claimed to be..but I have seen fully autos that were not re machined..I don't even like talking about this on the net...I have gone bow hunting never with a gun..seems like it would be too boring/easy with a rifle.... I would like to know this though...I am a felon..I can not own a gun legally ..yet I hear people say that gun ownership is a constitutional right..how can the state take that right away from a person..felon or not...


And about that armed robber who was killed..good work by the citizen if that is how it went down...but it all goes back to what I said before..that scumbag who pstol whipped the woman and robbed her..Should have not eve been walking the streets..He was on probation? lol for an armed robbery that happened less than 30 months ago..that is the problem.

constitutional rights appertain to free persons only, felons are ineligible to vote, own firearms, or do any of a number of things which would ordinarily be protected as a result of their felony conviction. after the initial actual sentence is completed (parole and probation excluded) and a period of seven years (in most states, but some do it sooner) a former felon may petition for re-enfranchisement and restoration of civil liberties and rights which are protected for all other citizens.

so, if you did a job, and got sentenced to 7 years, 14 years after your conviction (or less in some states) you may be re-instated as a member of society in good standing.

statistically speaking . . .your wrong . more guns in a small area going off, 100% means more injuries and deaths .. . .i.e cross fire, mis identification as it was dark

why do you think close quarters training is different then open field battle training ......

you can vote as soon as your supervision is over
supervision = parole or probation
every case of voter fraud prosecuted in Wisonsin (all 7 of them) were felons who voted while still under supervision
Something Voter ID would not prevent
These 'fraud" cases amount to .00023% of the elgible vote in wisconsin

Police do not spend as much time at the range or have as much training as you would hope. Most do only the minimum. I know several cops and one retired cop. The retired guy is always pissed at how little training police have with their firearm. Most my friends who are not police are at the range at least once a week and go to technical training once or twice a year.

i didint know a moving live target in the dark was akin to a stationary target on range while wear proper PPE's and ear protection . .and all that

number one 1 person shooting sucks

12 people shooting in a dark constricted area(movie theater chairs aisles are small) equals no one knows who is the actual threat is and they shoot each other, come on guys

Desert dude....Chicago lost in federal court and got the handgun ban overturned about 3 years ago..as far as I can tell ..it changed absolutely nothing.

EXACTLY how many people WOULD have had a CCW on them during the theater shooting if the theater had no rule against firearms? Don't tell me you don't know, becasue you MUST know to make a statement like you just did.

Exactly how many people, calibers and type of firearms used please.

only 12 people? Are you sure there wouldn't have been 100 people , all carrying Remington 870 Wingmasters loaded with 00 buck shot? Why 12? Are you positive it would have been 12? Maybe there would have only been 1 person?

all depends on the people, if it was just one dude that stood up and shot the shooter it would of just been over immediately. Then again maybe people like to play cowboy and a bunch of idiots will stand up and miss entire mags....a lot of people even have flashlights and lasers on their guns and know how to shoot responsibly..many also don't. It could go any way.

really its all circumstantial and its stupid to argue a hypothetical, if your seriously involved in this discussion as if it has merit I pity you for being trolled.

I will tell you the recipe for a disaster: A crazy guy armed with an AR15, a shotgun, and a pistol with hundreds of rounds of ammo and murderous intent entering a theater full of unarmed people. THAT is not debatable because that actually happened; everything else IS debatable.

There are numerous examples of armed people defending themselves against armed criminals; THAT is NOT debatable.

just because people have ccw and would bring guns in is no clear reasoning to they would use them or that they would be effective and not shoot people because they are trigger happy just like "actual shooter"

when what is behind your target, IF YOU CAN SEE IT IN THE DARK WITH PEOPLE RUNNING EVERY WHERE, is other people it makes no sense to just start shooting, how many people with ccm have restraint like that once they feel threatened?

do you realize what line of sight is, and how hard thats gonna be in a theater of people rushing out falling getting up . . . . . . .

its kinda part of the reason they dont allow guns in theaters . . one stupid asshat with a gun is to many all ready, let aloone 60-100

our theaters are big i could not even imagine

you know i havent thought to much about it but id be down for some sort of private small security for these kinds of open access public events . . . .what do you think

with more people you get more problems . . .maybe increases security with reason is a good thing ......?
