2 sections from Bill H.625 text. "provided, that the qualifying patient possesses an amount of marijuana that does not exceed twenty-four (24) marijuana plants, including seedlings and mature plants, and four (4) ounces of usable marijuana. Said plants shall be stored in an enclosed, locked facility."
-(e) "Enclosed, locked facility” means a closet, room, greenhouse, or other enclosed area equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by a cardholder."
I'd like to think that as long as the outdoor garden is closed off in accordance to the bill it would be fine. I could see the state maybe limiting outdoor gardens to greenhouses or something but hopefully not. The number of plants I am still unsure about, 24 plants was the number in Bill H.625 but I'm not sure if that still applies I'd be happy with that number though
