Are my plants flowering? 16/8h light

Hey guys, need some opinions from more experienced growers as this is my first
these 4 plants are supposed to be photos, sativa dominant strain and they started to show what i believe to be pistils under 16/8h of light, they are nearing 2 months old
i have 4 other plants from the same source that are indica dominant and they are fine
can someone take a look and confirm if they indeed started flowering and if there could be any other reason other than they are not photo but auto
i did not intend to flowers them, was gone to clone and choose the best on of each strain to keep as mother plants

só i can keep them in 16/8? id like that so i can avoid lights on during the hotter part of the day, where i live temperatures reaches 30ºc
in all the research i did never read about preflowers in veg plants lol

They're just showing they're mature and ready for flower Good luck..
