Nice! How much space are you planning to cover with it?
Just my 2 x 4 tent. But it should be more than ample light for such space. It's just down to trying to decide if I want to do 2 boxes with 2 cobs in each box. Or 1 box with all 4 cobs.Nice! How much space are you planning to cover with it?
Thanks. I've enjoyed the RW-75's, they're just not enough light in my tent. Two RW-75's in your 2.5 x 2.5 tent will serve you 31 w/sq ft, which will definitely be an optimal amount of light for that space. You should be able to pull off some nice flowers.Your plant is looking very good under those lights Sev, I've been trying to pick the best A51 light for my space and may end up getting a couple RW-75s. I have a 2.5 x 2.5 tent so two of these lights should rock that little tent... I'd hope lol. Going to be using your grow as a reference to what these lights can do, I hope you have a good harvest!
Thanks for the vote of confidence, I was wondering what the w/sq ft would come out to after reading the posts in this thread. I sent A51 an email with a few other question and probably will end up ordering one today. Keeps some cash in my pocket while letting me tryout the light before purchasing the second one.Thanks. Final weight was 57g's, mostly airy flowers, but frosty. Kind of a let down, but it was just a test grow, so not really a lost per say. About to start Ace of Spades, Hurkle, and Sunshine Daydream. How'd this grow turn out? Saw the 90w veg light they got for A51. Bins weren't TOP so they slashed the price on it. Thought about giving it a go but i just ordered another 75 instead. Hopefully someone around here bought one sense it's only $178. Curious to know how they perform.
Any idea why they came out airy? I'll definetly check out you next grow if you decide to do a journal.Final weight was 57g's, mostly airy flowers, but frosty. Kind of a let down, but it was just a test grow, so not really a lost per say. About to start Ace of Spades, Hurkle, and Sunshine Daydream.
Oh yeah, plenty of speculation. From vegging 3/4 of the way with my PL-L's (fluorescent bulbs), to switching to one RW-75 in addition to the PL-L's, before finishing out with just the two RW-75's. To having soil/nute issues, and noticing there was basically no stretch at all once flipping. Or maybe just wonky genetics, but I'm pretty sure it was just me. Once the seeds pop in the next 3-4 days I'll probably start a new thread to go with the new COB project.Any idea why they came out airy? Thanks. Yeah I'm just used to my old setup and pulling an oz per gallon of dirt. Just going to take some time to tweak and work this new setup to get back to where I was, as well as more.Don't get discouraged just do another grow and just take in what you did from this one to improve your yield next time.
I was pretty impressed with the quality of your bud and the rw 75
I have a shot of them hanging before drying. I'll have to take a shot of them after they cure a bit.Doesn't sound like too bad of a yield at all with those issues you had going on. It's all good though. Sure the next grow will be tight. Ready to see how all 3 genetics perform. Any pictures of those nugs you pulled?
Hah, well the COB's have grown by 1, so now it's 4, 3070 ABs. I'm still in the planning phase, but I'm probably going to start a thread here in a few days with my layout and plan, so those that are more knowledgeable can pick it apart and hopefully answer the last few remaining questions I have left. I settled on a project box/enclosure, drivers, heatsink/fan combo, and cob holders. Now it's a matter of ordering them all and picking up the smaller bits like quick disconnects, drill bit, TIM, wire, etc.Not a bad lil harvest Sevren.
You get a light built with those 3 3070s yet?
